How many tickets are available for sale?
Prize Home Lottery: There are 861,000 tickets available for sale.
50/50 Play: There are 290,000 tickets available for sale.
What happens if bad payment is received?
If your credit card payment is charged-back, you will be contacted by an agent from our call centre and given an opportunity to provide replacement payment. Any tickets issued will be considered invalid until replacement payment is received.
Why hasn’t my order been processed and card charged yet?
Orders placed through our website will be reviewed by a Lottery Agent, to ensure sufficient contact details are included, before it is processed.
If I win a draw, do I still qualify for other draws?
Yes, after each draw the winner is recorded and the ticket goes back into the barrel and is eligible for all remaining draws.
What if I lose my receipt?
You do not need your ticket numbers or receipt to claim your prize. Your name, address, phone number and email address are recorded in the database along with your ticket number(s). If you would like a copy of your receipt, you can call local 604-678-4663 or toll free 1-877-946-4663 or email lottery@pne.ca.

o At the PNE Fair
· We no longer accept Cheques as a form of payment.
· We accept Visa, Debit-Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as a form of payment.
· Debit Cards and Pre-Paid Credit Cards are not accepted as a form of payment.
· We do not accept Cash as a form of payment at our mall tours or at the PNE Fair, however you are able to use Cash to purchase PNE Prize Home Tickets at our retail partners.
· The ticket purchaser must provide up to date contact information, which will be used to verify the purchaser’s identity should their winning ticket be drawn.
· You must request a mail receipt for us to send one to you. If you ordered tickets through our website, you must phone or email us to request a mail receipt.

Do I have to pay taxes on the tickets or prizes?
Lottery winnings are considered a windfall and not taxable in Canada.
Can I purchase tickets with multiple names/split tickets?
Yes, although one person should be designated as the primary purchaser as they will be responsible for distributing the winnings between the multiple purchasers. The licensee is not responsible for distributing winnings or resolving disputes between ticket purchasers.
How long to claim a prize?
Prizes must be claimed within twelve months after the Final Draw date.
How long does it take to receive my tickets?
The physical tickets are entered into the draw barrel on your behalf, they are not sent out. A receipt of purchase is sent out via email or registered mail which should be received approximately 2-3 weeks after the order is processed. If you do not receive your receipt within 2-3 weeks, you can call local 604-67-4663 or toll free 1-877-946-4663 or email lottery@pne.ca for further information or for re-issue.
How can I be sure my tickets are in the draw?
The PNE prize home lottery is governed by BC Gaming Policy Enforcement Branch, and we must adhere to their rules and regulations to hold a license. Therefore, all purchased tickets must be entered into the draw.
Will my name be publicized if I am a winner?
Yes, all winners are publicized as part of the winner list.
How do I claim my prize/how are they awarded?
All prize draws will be conducted in accordance with Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch – Licensed Charitable Gaming Rules. All winners will be chosen by drawing a physical ticket. The 50/50 Play is drawn first, followed by subsidiary prizes in order of ascending prize value, then the Grand Prize Draw. Each ticket is re-entered for every prize category.
